ottertail co mn | Kind of funny how a few are getting after you. I am guessing you don’t think people should sell land they own and jump in and out. My guess is that you are saying land values will find a way to go lower. It is hard to have increased land values when many people need the bank to make the purchase. The bank and examiners will have a lot of say in non cash deals. I don’t think a single bank is going to let you pay what you want with the prices of commodities falling a substantial amount.
This is good information and if you don’t have a banker, especially a banker for land purchases consider yourself lucky and you should easily be able to buy land cheaper tomorrow than you can today.
A few people can talk a market down, very few, unfortunately for reality speaks, he isn’t that guy lol
