i heard there was a land sale in sioux county iowa last friday. i am not sure of the quality of the 80 acre piece other than it was mostly all tillable. it brought $20,300 per acre. if it was decent quality it seems like i have heard higher numbers than that for sioux county previously.
Not sure exactly what piece your talking about, but there is a big difference in quality of land here. You stay getting towards the west end it can be a little less desirablebut still good dirt. |
