Send your neighbor in the real estate business down here where evidently the nasdaq follows a different index than it does where reality is and when you throw those guys in with the cotton people here suffering through the highest yields they’ve ever seen and cotton at near a dollar a lb, put those two groups in the same room as happened here last week and you’ll get an 80 that brings 16500 an acre , one year ago right now 13000 was the highest any of us around here had ever seen , there’s you’re reality here . | |
