Mather, Manitoba | Back pre 9-11 the USA customs guys all had houses right at the land port of entrys. They were alloted the same breaks as most anyone else. For 20 years one USA customs guy in ND kept track of the time his "breaks" were interrupted with customs traffic. When he retired, he took the US govt to court over it and got paid the time he had to work and wasn't paid to. This was back in the early 90s. | |
