Starbuck Manitoba Canada
Fix it up and rent it out to a good tenant, hopefully married with a good long standing job. We rent out a house that we went through throughly. have a tenants that are excellent. We charge about $300. less than it should garner but we would rather not make a few extra dollars and know it is being looked after. Make sure if you do rent it out after fixing it that you fix things that aren't right in a very timely manor. It's a two way street and the better you treat them the better they will look after the place.
