Central Minnesota | I’m 58 and I started running again last summer. One of the best decisions I’ve made. I feel better mentally and physically. Friday night I ran a 5K with my daughter with a finish time of 29:05. Saturday morning I went back and did a 10K in 1 hour and 3 minutes. I not as fast as I used to be but I enjoy every minute of it
