Bloomington and Putnam IL | My left hip is curently similar to yours (tweeked it at race just before Easter). Nerve issue with my back connected. Sharp pain with every step. I started running around 45. Been injured 4 or 5 times since then (will be 60 in a few months) but still move better than the average person my age while injured. When 100% it is amazing (usually a top 10% runner even at my age even when hurt). Every step painful but still ran a 23:11 5K Saturday. Did 6 miles with 22 hill "recovery" run today and actually feeling pretty good tonight. Expect to close to 100% soon. Injuries usually takes time to heal for me (weeks to months). Little difference in healing time doing nothing or gutting it out so I just keep going. Good healing...
