I agree with you 100%. It is a good business practice to look at net return. Not just hunt for the cheapest inputs. I would admit that The Big P may have had some decent years but what does it tell you when they have to give it away? I think that is where the cheaper price comes from. I have always lived by the rule that you get what you pay for.
