Culdesac, Idaho
Pokey, How about you acquire a 17' chiesel plow cheap of which are quite plentiful in the northwest, strip all the shanks off and mount your row cleaners on the front tubing where first row of of shanks have been removed. Off the back square tube hang your doulbe disk openers similar to john deere 730 air drills. On 15" spaceing you would have 13 openers Mount a Valmar or beline chemical applicator on the hitch and run plastic tubes to the double disc openers to deliver seed. You would have to petition the bulk box to limit the number of delivery tubes to the number of openers. The fan is driven by hydraulics. The metering roll is ground driven and quite accurate for seeding small seeds(6 Lbs canola, 7 lbs Alfafa) These applicator were very popular in northern Idaho, eastern Washinton about 10 years ago but are not used much anymore. Maybe the middle square tubing of frame could be for applying your charcol. Just a thought I could be wrong.
