Eroding infrastructure for the cotton industry, caused by low prices and too many people/organisations getting an off the top cut while taking no risks and little investment. Also growing pesticide resistance.
Lack of infrastrure for future grain crops.
Future irrigation water issues.
Declining political support.
I'm afraid I've mentioned a couple you've already covered. Thanks for publically addressing our current and future concerns. Tom
