That could be part of it.  But when I bought a couple of used machines at a JD dealership in Idaho, he told me that he's had several customers from Nevada come up because the dealer in question treated the other guys (lifelong ranchers) the same way.

It's really beyond me that a dealer would tick people off so badly he lets his salesmen make a rep that gets 400 miles from him.
