Hey, here in Nevada, we have a JD dealer from whom I wanted to buy about $70K of used equipment on their lot.

13 calls and 3 FAXes later, I had established quite a first-name relationship with the receptionist, but the salesman refused to all me back. Ever. So I had to take that $70K of business next door (literally) to the Agco dealership.

Most JD dealerships I've dealt with are arrogant beyond belief. On the whole, I can't believe that Deere stays in business with dealerships like these.
