I personally own and operate a couple of different discussion forums.  One for a hobbyist activity which also provides some reproduction and custom components.  The other is a community forum for the County I live in.  Both are hosted by http://inmotionhosting.com.  They are difficult to top when it comes to domain registration and hosting pricing for what you get, especially in the business packages.
