http://localhost is your own computer - if you run a webserver on it, you'd see whatever files you have on your own computer :)
You're right... I'm constantly tempted to try out the latest "thing", because I work with it all day, but have to remember not everyone is as computer literate (or wants to be!)
I'll push the font size up a bit.
