ECIL | That's what I call them because they are made from ground up hog.
I buy them frozen from a guy I know. All I do is toss the frozen patties on the charcoal grill and put seasoning salt on them. When I flip them I add more seasoning salt.
When our children were young if they had any friends stay for supper for the first time I'd grill up a few patties. After they took a couple bites I would tell them they were eating "ground hog". Interestingly, the girls thought it was great and thought they were eating the actual rodent, the boys not as much because they thought they were eating the rodent. | |
