Farmington, Mo | That’s an excellent response Matt, I concur with your nutrient costs. The fertilizer removal charts I use show slightly more N,P&K per ton than why you list but it’s similar.
I personally wouldn’t discount anything for reduced tillage due to straw removal. If the nutrients cost $25/ton I would ask for $50 and be happy with $40 provided the guy pays and gets it done and gone in a timely fashion. | |
