Subject: ReLyte

Pittsburg, Kansas

We got a bunch of samples of ReLyte on the Low Carb Cruise we went on. These are individual packs. I'm really liking it. We got the unflavored as my wife can't handle the artificial sweeteners, but I did have one flavored one I used. I don't use it near full strength. About a fourth of a packet in my Yetti 32 ounce mug filled with ice. So I suppose maybe 12 ounces of water.

I did not realize it was by the maker of Redmond Real Salt. The ingredient list looks pretty good. It is not cheap for what minerals are in it. I'll probably just keep using the no-salt and salt shaker after my free samples are used up. But I may purchase some of this just for convenience when traveling.
