IL. | one thing I may add to the original poster, you said person who will be receiving the rifle agreed to send it back after a death, now I don't know your family BUT try to get this in writing and have it notorized, not saying this person is dishonest BUT the next person may be or get into some trouble and sell it, just looking out for you and a family heirloom, not meaning any disrespect.
