| I guess I'm the odd man out. I've had transition prescription sunglasses. years ago. Always got the darkest I could get. My biggest complaint was going from bright sunlight to stepping into a building there was a time period that it took for them to lighten up. Going from outside to bright sunlight they darkened almost immediate,y. When I went to progressive bifocals I started buying " fit over" sunglasses. Always bought ones that were tinted on the sides as well to prevent sunlight from entering that way. Much happier with the "fit overs". When I walk into a building or where I don't need them I just slip them off & put them on the bill of my cap or on my head I usually buy them at "Sam's" for ~ $25., a lot cheaper than prescription sun glasses would have cost me. | |
