golfnut - 10/13/2023 08:14 Several years ago I my left shoulder and are felt numb and weak and I was concerned I had injured it. I was at the chiropractor for a back adjustment and told him about it. 30 seconds later my my shoulder and arm were back in place and I have had no problems since.
I often went to the chiropractor. Now that I've gotten older, I had an x-ray of my cervical neck before I went to see one. My nurse practitioner recommended against adjusting my neck d/t some deterioration of my vertebrae.
My previous physical therapist was able to make adjustments. He also gave me some exercises which you could possibly find on youTube. Gonna be going back to those myself.
So annoying having that pain coming from your back going into an extremity. Hope you find relief.
