Wheelersburg and Lancaster, Ohio | Same here. I always take at least 600 mg. How can 200 mg be suggested for all body types and sizes. This is usually for short term pain. Rarely do I have to take more than one dose at that level. My lifestyle usually leads to me needing me needing pain relief once or twice a week at most. Sometimes I’ll go months without needing anything. I also do as much physical therapy as possible on my own. If I get sore from cutting timber I’ll take ice baths at night and soak in hot baths in the mornings. I’m always stretching. I’m sure I stretch more on an average day than my son who play football and works out year round. |
