When I was a younger fella, I used to like beer on occasion. If I had a few (not very often), I'd have really sore knees the next day. I did have a flair up of gout about 7 years ago. 4 years mostly carnivore and very few aches and pains. There is something the medical business is missing. No allipurinal now.
