I have been prone to high uric acid levels resulting gout since I was 20. I am now a couple months short of 64. I haven't had a gout attack in more than 30 years.
I have been taking a low dose of alopurinol for 30 year. Good for the guy in the video, he found something that worked for him, but he also lost a lot of weight.
Not a fan of the drug companies but a 90 day supply of Alopurinol is about $7.00.
If you have high uric acid and want to avoid gout, drink lots of water and take alopurinol as directed by your doctor. | |
