He explains things so plainly in layman's terms. Lots of lights came on re the role of sodium and sugar in the blood stream.
Didnt watch links BUT if you think sugar gives you high blood pressure I’m an example of that being wrong. I consume plenty of sugar and my BP is low to the point it’s alarming. |
