Yes. Eye Dr recommended it about 4 years ago. I didn’t do bad on the test, but he suggested taking it to see if it would help. 1 pill daily….probably remember to do it 2/3’s of the time.Yearly tests since then have improved. This year he said just take it every other day if I want. I figured I probably needed to be taking some vitamins anyway.
