South Central MN | I just tried these tonight:
Lay slices of mozzarella on a parchment paper lined sheet pan.
Sprinkle pepperoni or sausage on them, along with vegetables as you like. I used onion, yellow and red peppers.
Season with oregano, garlic powder, and whatever else you like. Bake at 400 for ten minutes. When done, lift them off the parchment paper with a spatula and roll them up. We dipped them in pizza sauce, but that may defeat the low carb.
I may try them again using Parmesan instead of mozzarella. I would just lay some shredded Parmesan on the paper. | |
