We cook the over wood fire or in air fryer or deep fry in olive oil. Wood fire is probably the best. In the summer at the lake I get a frozen bag at Walmart. Dump seasonings in it and shake it up. Pour half a beer in it and some Worcestershire, shake it again and let them thaw and soak until dinner! You can mix it up using soy, liquid smoke, Italian dresing, Tony’s , teriyaki , whatever your heart desires. Just watch the sauce there’s a ton of sugar in some and don’t fry them in seed oil. | |
