West Central Illionis		Reciever:
pin 4 - Can High
pin 9 - Can Low
pin 6 - switched power
pin 7 - ground
pin 12- constant power


Display
pin 1 - keyed power
pin 8 - constant power
pin 14 - ground
pin 18 - Can High
pin 19 - Can Low

These can be powered up with out a terminator but to talk to each other it will be required.
