South cental Ohio | Would love to do the exchange but in our area, there is NO property to be had and if there was you'd have to pay a ridiculous price. The only reason we're considering selling this property is that we're not getting any younger and would like to try and live a little less in debt and enjoy a few years that we may have left. I have no kids and if I'm the one who has accumulated a little asset in my life, why shouldn't I be the one that spends it. If I were to leave anything to anyone, I'm sure they would just p*ss it away.... I am capable of doing that LOL. | |
