So, You inherited it in the 2013-2014 timeframe. It was purchased by that owner in the 2007 time frame. You really need to establish a value for when you inherited it. I would think that could be done. It would have been easier and better if it had been done 10 years ago. Appraisals are only good for 6 months and need to use comparable properties within that timeframe.
