central sask | You don't have to look very hard to see that it is actually a Polaris Ranger with a different grill and paint/decals.
Polaris has been building the Bobcat 3400 and 3600 UTV since 2011.
So depending how it has been treated up till now it should be a capable machine for what you plan on using it for.
I have not heard anything bad about the diesel units.
Pull the clutch cover off first thing and inspect the clutches and belt and very carefully inspect drive clutch bushings, weights and pins, replace if any wear/looseness, otherwise lube and put it back together.
Clutch puller and other specialty tools and parts are readily available from Polaris and many aftermarket suppliers like EPS/Erlandson, Dalton, Sno-Stuff.
