At that price I'd be a little worried about what's wrong with it. Otherwise it looks like a rig that you wouldn't worry about putting to work.
The only downside to the diesels I've heard about is a lack of horsepower. They are limited to 25 for emissions reasons so they are kinda slow compared the gas models.
