| Mr Grains comments are correct….
From a commercial standpoint, one of the first things you are taught to get grains to move is to:
A.) Improve basis
B.) Take out the carry in the market or invert the market
C.) When that doesn't happen, the last thing to get the grain to move is the futures will rally.
I’ll add that “ when the board inverts..the basis has gone high enough”
Relative to wheat plus 3…..It’s the structure of the market , I am referring to….Not suggesting it’s simply a flat price or a basis etc. Keeping in mind the board reflects the supply while the basis reflects the demand…
(at a given price)….So what’s going on in wheat? See above ABC.
