Kids ate it without complaint, but I did get a comment about grandmas being better. And they are right. The wheat flour made kinda a hard crust around it. Still average chicken fry though.
We cleaned it all up, but I feel like I had a light supper. I probably need to experiment, maybe add an egg or something.
