west central Ohio | I have been studying the LRP, but I keep coming back to it would be simpler to just buy the puts
Trying to protect 600 pound high price feeder Cattle coming in now
Should be market ready this fall
I’m thinking of buying $160 or so puts about 25 head per contract about $20 per head in cost roughly
So that’s about $500 a contract about three contracts per each load of feeder cattle coming in so spending $1500 per load
Which one would you choose LRP or puts ?
