The put has to be paid for up front. think 7% interest. The LPR is 30% paid for by the government. Put is on 40,000 lbs. you can buy LPR on any amount. I know many on here don't like gov help but the gov is giving the illegal's $5500 per paid cc I have no problem taking advantage of a program they offer. ... Dennis
