The fact that working cap is negative now before piling on a big new term debt is a red flag that would need answered. To consider I'd need to know where what should be working cap got spent, why, and what is the plan going forward to avoid that.
The 5 C's of credit get trumped by the 4 D's of common sense. Don't do dumb deals.
