Southeast Colorado		I suppose I don't know the exact answer to your question. I assume the basis contract gives them the right to sell the grain during the month your basis is locked into. If they want to deviate from that then they need to take a position. Otherwise they don't really have a right to sell your grain until you've priced it.

But perhaps I'm wrong.
