Very few auctions here. So few that when there is one it’s still a bloodbath. Most sales are probably cash sales or at least well funded sales. Those types of people are still fairly profitable with $4.70 CH25 as long as rents are in check or if ground is already owned. I’m still on the sidelines unfortunately…
