Best bet is going to be along what gowyo said. Pump the water to storage tank on a high spot during the day and gravity flow to stock tanks. There’s all kinds of stuff for building solar on ebay. I’ve got a few solar systems that I play with mainly for saving new ponds from having the sides shoved in by cattle.
