tedbear - 2/29/2024 07:26 Is the flow meter installed in the correct direction? A flow meter will work backwards (against the arrow indicator) but will not be accurate. To take the possible control valve concerns out of the picture while doing your testing, just put the system in manual. Then the control valve will remain in a fixed position and the Gallons/minute should be very stable. You can observe the Gallons/minute by selecting that on your display. What type of control are using using? Butterfly style in the spray product line? Servo or PWM control in the hydraulics driving the pump?
I will try that today.  It is controlled by an inline butterfly valve.  It seems like this should restrict flow if necessary as far as keeping it consistent.
