Ky
My farm isn't nearly that large but deer will crush the soybeans more so than corn in my opinion. I have a field beside me that doesn't get a lot of hunting pressure and I've seen them leave 25-30 acres standing because it wasn't worth combining. I lose around 20 % to deer with heavy shooting pressure if that helps. With corn they seem to hit the outside edges but leave the inside rows free. Just my experience If you do plant beans you might plant them twice then tend to hit the small ones first so if some survive you might plant another round to sacrifice the new ones so the others will mature
