For oat chemical, I like roundup and callisto pre emerge, just before they come up. Sow thick enough to keep grass weeds down. In fall seeded, I come back with harmony extra mixed with a low rate of either MCPA or dicamba. Spring seeded, I bet the callisto sticks around long enough to keep weeds out until canopy.
