My local DK dealer used to always say that Channel was DK's floor sweepings. Then one year, in a side by side trial, his DK has the worst emergence ever, in colder peat ground. Where the Channel had great emergence. Asked him what he thought about it, and he just shrugged his shoulders. Needless to say, i haven't bought a kernel of seed from him since then. And won't.
Has Dekalb taken a backseat to Channel?
