I talked to a guy in a Walmart parking lot once. Didn’t know him or anything and he had mentioned he had EIGHT dump truck loads of blue, gray and yellow clay he could not get rid of.

I said “I’ll take all of it!” and he thought I was joking because I was excited as hell. He gave it to me for free so I bought him a couple tanks of diesel since he brought it to me and wouldn’t charge for trucking.

Fixed a big pond and about four or five fields with it. Planted annual ryegrass on it and it worked great. I think I put a bunch of wheat straw on the top to try and protect the seed, it definitely was NOT a fast process.

The only issue I had was the clay being sticky as hell. It’s easy you scoop it up but it sure as hell doesn’t like coming out of an excavator bucket. Lol
