They can ask what they want , the reality is that ground down there sells for 350 sacks of beans per hectar over a 7 year period a sack of beans has 2.2 bushels they are priced at local values. About 8 to 10% discount if paid in cash. If your bidding 15k I'm certain Kory Melby will fix you right up.
