NE Iowa | Yesterday our local eplant had a “hot bid” of $4.50. That was about $.10 above their current price. I move four load for my old man as he had t moved much grain because of his knee surgery. I never waited in line and often only saw 1-2 trucks at the plant when I hauled.
This eplant started to fill their bunker last fall and then decided to give up on it and cleaned what they had in the bunker up before fall was over. They are WAY low on corn. I know we have to trade the USDAs numbers but their numbers suck. We didn’t harvest near what they say we did. | |
