SC MN | I'm considering putting up an rtk base station and have some questions for those in the know. Currently have a trimble fm1000 with a 900mhz radio in one tractor and planning on putting a newer agleader system in the other tractor, do both trimble and agleader use the same type of signal?
As far as the base antenna it would be about a 1 1/2 miles from the farthest fields and on one of the highest points but would not have clean line of sight on the back side of hills and some tree lines. How well would a 900 radio work in these conditions ? The trimble has xfill which if I understand correctly would help with intermittently losing corrections. Does agleader have the same thing? | |
