Southeast Colorado | I don't disagree with you, but I still see it as more of an incompetence thing..............than a nefarious thing.
There's just no way to "grade" their work. And so it's just basically impossible to keep the laziness from the "no ramifications for being wrong" to come into play. It's not like we all don't know this, because everyone has dealt with employees whose paychecks don't really depend on performance.
Sorry if I'm offending anyone. It's just a human nature thing..................and I guarantee that's how it plays out. Now possibly there are nefarious actors involved. But I have no way to prove that. It'd be hard to believe that no one ever has traded on inside information though. | |
