Southern Illinois | Does it do that same large error when you retry the calibrate each time? The ontrac 3 uses a slip clutch device inside the drive so might be a possible issue. That was an improvement over the 2+ since a hard feedback would strip the drive on the 2+. Really only would happen on machines with a power assist not true hydraulic control though. (Floater trucks with road truck steering gears)
As far as the tractor, does it seem like you have to turn the wheel further to make the wheels move in one way compared to the other? Or does the steering wheel slowly turn when you are driving straight if you are not holding onto it? If not then likely not the tractor. | |
